These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of digital products from The Blueprint by Tam™, operated by Resilience Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") — including The Pre-Audit Blueprint™ guides, checklists, and other downloadable materials (each, a "Product"). They supplement our Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. Where the Terms of Service and these Terms of Sale conflict regarding a Product purchase, these Terms of Sale control.
By purchasing or downloading a Product, you agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, do not purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter binding agreements.
The Products are digital, downloadable educational materials delivered electronically. No physical item ships. You are responsible for a compatible device to access them. Access is typically provided immediately after payment.
The Products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute, assert, replace, or supersede legal, medical, regulatory, tax, or other professional advice, and your purchase or use creates no attorney–client, provider–patient, consulting, or other professional relationship. You are solely responsible for how you use the information and for independently verifying all requirements with qualified professionals and the applicable boards and agencies (including the Georgia Composite Medical Board, the Georgia Board of Nursing, and the FDA/DEA, as applicable), your own attorney, and your Medical Director.
The Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Product will make or keep you compliant, prevent any investigation, penalty, or claim, or that information is complete or current. Regulations and clinical standards change and vary by individual circumstance.
Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own single practice or personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, share, publicly post, reproduce for others, or use the Product to build a competing product. All content, frameworks, trademarks ("The Pre-Audit Blueprint™," "The Blueprint by Tam™"), and design remain the property of Resilience Ventures LLC or its licensors.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Prices and offerings may change at any time; the price shown at checkout governs your purchase. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Because the Products are digital and access is delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive access, contact us at hello@theblueprintbytam.com and we will work with you in good faith.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, fines, penalties, regulatory actions, or losses arising from your reliance on a Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resilience Ventures LLC, The Blueprint by Tam™, and its founder, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of, or reliance on, a Product or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to a Product purchase will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, by binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, consistent with our Terms of Service.
