Welcome to The Blueprint by Tam™, operated by Resilience Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website theblueprintbytam.com (the "Site") and any services, consulting engagements, digital products, or content provided by us (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
The Blueprint by Tam™ provides consulting, strategy, and technology services including but not limited to operations consulting and Fractional Chief of Staff services, custom AI concierge system builds and management, compliance and operations audits, AI ethics and bias strategy consulting, workplace wellness programs and content licensing, and keynote speaking and workshops.
All service engagements are subject to separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work that outline specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our Services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, frameworks, methodologies, and software, is the property of Resilience Ventures LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The Blueprint by Tam™, Peri-fectly Honest™, The Collective Retention Framework™, The Retention Intelligence Method™, and The Exit-Before-Exit Method™ are trademarks of Resilience Ventures LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our Site without prior written consent from Resilience Ventures LLC.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement: Custom AI builds, AI concierge systems, and tools created for clients are licensed for the client's use upon full payment. Resilience Ventures LLC retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary processes used in the creation of client deliverables. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own business purposes.
Fees for Services are outlined in individual proposals or statements of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: A deposit may be required before work begins. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are specified. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.
We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, or other methods as agreed. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Due to the custom and consultative nature of our Services: Deposits for custom AI builds are non-refundable once work has commenced. Retainer fees are non-refundable for the current period once the period has begun. If a service engagement is terminated early by the client, fees for work completed to date are non-refundable. We will provide reasonable documentation of work completed upon request.
VIP Day engagements may be rescheduled with at least 7 business days' notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
We treat all client information shared during the course of an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Clients agree to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or processes shared by Resilience Ventures LLC as confidential and will not reproduce, share, or distribute them without prior written consent.
We may request permission to use anonymized results, testimonials, or case studies from client engagements for marketing purposes. No client information will be used without explicit written permission. All testimonials and case studies are used with permission and may be anonymized to protect client identity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or business outcomes from our consulting, AI builds, or other Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resilience Ventures LLC, its founder, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our Site or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Fulton County, Georgia. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
