These AskTam™ Client Terms cover every AskTam™ concierge build and membership from The Blueprint by Tam™, operated by Resilience Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Each concierge is a custom Blueprint Digital Concierge™ built for your business (your "Concierge"). These terms add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where they differ on an AskTam™ engagement, these terms control. Where your signed agreement or invoice says something different, that document controls.
AskTam™ is a new product. Our founding clients are its beta cohort: the first owners we build with. A working proof of concept is already live with an existing client, and the founding cohort is how we bring AskTam™ to more businesses and refine it as we go.
Because it is in beta, features, design and our process may change as we learn. We will tell you before a change that affects how your Concierge works for your clients. We will ask for your feedback along the way. We may also ask for a testimonial or permission to share your results, but we only use your name, business or results publicly with your written permission.
Every build starts with a concierge preview. Your Concierge is built from your website and one 45-minute setup session, which includes your walkthrough. You approve every answer before it goes live. Your Concierge goes live within 3 to 5 business days after we receive everything we need from you. A faster launch may be available for an expedited fee.
Your membership includes hosting plus one refinement a month: one round of changes to your answers or content. Founding builds include English and Spanish. For other builds, Spanish is an add-on. The exact scope of your tier is listed on your invoice or proposal.
You give us accurate information about your business, and you are responsible for the answers you approve. Clinical, legal and urgent questions go to your own team, never to your Concierge. You agree not to use your Concierge to collect health details, payment card numbers or other sensitive information from your clients.
For now, founding clients are invoiced directly by Resilience Ventures LLC. A payment link on our website may be offered later, and these terms apply either way. You can pay an invoice by card through Stripe or by Zelle.
Your setup fee is invoiced when you say yes and is due before your build begins. Membership is invoiced in advance each month, starting the day your Concierge goes live. Invoices are due on receipt unless your invoice says otherwise. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
If an invoice is more than 10 days past due, we may pause your Concierge until it is paid, and a late fee of 1.5% per month may apply to the past-due balance. A founding membership rate stays locked for as long as you remain a member without a break.
Membership starts with a 90-day minimum from the day your Concierge goes live. There is no long-term contract after that. To end your membership, send us 30 days' written notice by email to hello@theblueprintbytam.com. Care ends 30 days after we receive your notice, or at the end of your first 90 days, whichever is later.
When a membership ends without a buyout, hosting stops and your Concierge goes offline. We may also end a membership if invoices go unpaid or your Concierge is misused.
Your setup fee is non-refundable once your build begins, because the work is custom. A month of membership is non-refundable once that month has started. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact us first. Before you dispute a charge with your bank or card company, email hello@theblueprintbytam.com and give us 10 business days to resolve it.
If a charge is disputed, we may pause your Concierge and your license while the dispute is open. We will share your invoice, approvals and delivery records with the payment processor. If the dispute is decided in our favor, you agree to pay the original amount plus any dispute fees the processor charged us. Nothing here limits a right you have under applicable law.
Resilience Ventures LLC and The Blueprint by Tam™ own your Concierge and everything behind it, until a buyout is completed and paid in full. That includes the web address (domain), the hosting, the web and mobile app, the code, the knowledge base and answer structure, the prompts, the design, our methods and templates, and the AskTam™, The Blueprint by Tam™ and The Blueprint Digital Concierge™ names and marks. We register the domain and host your Concierge, and both stay in our name and under our control.
Your business name, logo and the content you provide stay yours. You give us permission to use them to build, run and look after your Concierge.
While your account is in good standing, meaning your invoices are paid and you are a member, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use your Concierge for your own business only. Paying setup or care fees buys this license, not ownership.
You, and anyone acting for you, may not:
If any of this happens, your license ends right away, without notice, and we may take your Concierge offline. We may also seek every remedy the law allows, including a court order to stop the use, damages, and our reasonable attorneys' fees. Fees already paid are not refunded.
After your first 90 days, while your account is in good standing, you can buy out your Concierge. Every build is different, so buyouts are quoted per build, in writing.
Ownership moves to you only when the buyout is completed and paid in full. Until then, everything in section 8 stays ours. Once it is paid in full, we transfer the domain registration and your Concierge's web and mobile app to you, so you can run it on your own. From then on, hosting, outside service costs and updates are yours, unless you choose to keep a membership with us. Our methods, templates and trademarks stay with Resilience Ventures LLC, and you may not use the AskTam™ name for anything beyond your own Concierge.
Your Concierge answers only from content you approve. It is built not to ask for health details or payment card numbers, and only what a client chooses to send reaches your team. Payment information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
AskTam™ is educational and operational. It does not give legal or medical advice. We do not guarantee specific results, bookings or revenue. The limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution and Georgia governing law sections of our Terms of Service apply to AskTam™ engagements. Our rights in section 9 to stop unauthorized use, including asking a court for an order, are not limited by those sections.
We may update these terms. We will give you 30 days' notice before a change to your membership terms takes effect, and the version in place when you signed covers your current 90-day minimum.
